Delivery Fees & Information

Cami Creates offers local delivery for rental items. Every delivery is handled with care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

To ensure you select the correct delivery option, follow these simple steps:

• Open Google Maps
• Tap Directions
• In the Starting Point, enter: Lakeville Hy‑Vee, 16150 Pilot Knob Rd, Lakeville, MN
• In the Destination, enter your event address
• Look at the total miles shown
• Select the delivery option that matches your distance range
• Add that option to your cart along with your rental item(s)

Example: If Google Maps shows 17 miles, choose the 11–20 miles delivery option.

Important Notes

• Delivery fees are non‑refundable once your rental has been delivered
• Delivery is available within our local service area (up to 30 miles)
• Exact delivery times will be confirmed after booking
• Rentals must be kept indoors and protected from weather
• If your location is beyond 30 miles, please contact us before booking
• Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the rental and confirm placement, as well as when it is picked up after your event.

Delivery is available for:

• Life‑Size Doll Box
• Fringe Backdrops
• Doll Salon Chairs
• Large party games
• Other oversized rental items

Smaller items are eligible for local pickup instead.

Cami Creates is a small, handcrafted studio that I run alongside my full‑time career. Each rental requires careful scheduling, transportation, setup, and pickup — so delivery fees help cover time, mileage, and the care that goes into each event.

This structure keeps pricing fair, transparent, and boutique‑professional.
