Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Shipped Products (Games, Kits, Printed Items)

Because many items are made‑to‑order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order is already in production and cannot be canceled.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or need help, reach out — I’ll always do my best to help.

Cancellations for Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom items (names, themes, colors, personalized details) cannot be canceled once design or production has begun. If you need to make a change, message me right away — small edits may still be possible.

Cancellations for Rentals (Doll Box, Backdrops, Games)

Rental bookings may be canceled up to 7 days before your event date for a full refund of the rental fee. Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made within this window.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non‑refundable, as your rental date has been reserved just for you.

Cancellations for Local Pickup Orders

Pickup orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, materials have already been prepared and the order cannot be canceled.
